Armadura is operated by Armadura Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle your personal information.

What we collect

- Your name, email, phone number and delivery address
- Order and payment details. Card details are handled by our payment providers, and we don't store them.
- For club orders: the player's name, age group and Football Australia (FFA) number
- How you use our website, through cookies and similar tools

Why we collect it

- To process, pack and deliver your order
- To check club orders against the club's player list and allocate jersey numbers
- To contact you about your order
- To send marketing emails, if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and advertising

Who we share it with

- Your club, to confirm player details, team and jersey numbers for club orders
- Shopify, which hosts our store, and our payment providers
- Couriers and Australia Post, to deliver your order
- Klaviyo, which sends our emails
- Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, for measuring and showing ads

We don't sell your personal information.

Players under 18

Club orders for junior players are placed by a parent or guardian. We only use a player's details to fulfil their club kit order.

Storage and security

Your information is stored with Shopify and our service providers, some of which may be overseas. We take reasonable steps to protect it.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing sales@armadura.com.au. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
